Women's Health · Menopause · Hormones

Specialist women's health care, delivered through your trusted clinic.

A fully governed care pathway for women navigating perimenopause, menopause and hormone-related concerns — combining specialist consultation, clinically-indicated point-of-care testing and regulated pharmacy dispensing. Delivered in partnership with Amber Green Clinics under the governance of a GPhC-registered pharmacy (Pelican Pharmacy, Medicstar (UK) Limited).

The patient journey

Considered care, from first enquiry to ongoing review.

Every step is designed to feel calm, personal and clinically safe — with clear communication between the specialist team, the host clinic and the patient.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Patients begin their journey through a partner clinic, our website or a booking QR code — with a warm, unhurried introduction to the pathway.

  2. 02

    Suitability review

A brief pre-consultation review ensures the pathway is right for the patient, with red-flag safeguarding in place from the very start.

  3. 03

    Informed consent

Clear consent for the referral, secure data-sharing and how results will be communicated — captured before any clinical activity begins.

  4. 04

    Specialist consultation

A qualified women's health clinician from Amber Green Clinics leads the assessment, discussion and personalised care plan.

  5. 05

    Point-of-care testing

Where clinically useful, we provide point-of-care or venous blood testing on the same visit — no unnecessary tests, no long waits.

  6. 06

    Secure results

Verified results are shared securely between the specialist, the patient and — with consent — the patient's GP.

  7. 07

    Ongoing review

Structured follow-up with the specialist team, with clear escalation to a GP or urgent care if ever indicated.

Why patients choose this pathway

A calmer, safer way to access specialist women's health care.

Patient benefit

Specialist-led

Consultations delivered by clinicians experienced in women's health, perimenopause and menopause — not a generic online form.

Patient benefit

Joined-up care

Assessment, testing and dispensing coordinated as one experience, with your host clinic kept informed at every appropriate step.

Patient benefit

Regulated and safe

Every prescription is issued against a valid clinical assessment and dispensed by a GPhC-registered pharmacy — with the patient's choice respected.

For host clinics

Offer a specialist women's health pathway — without adding clinical or regulatory load.

Partner clinics introduce their patients to a fully governed pathway. All prescribing, dispensing and follow-up sits with the specialist and pharmacy teams under signed agreements. Your clinic stays on-brand, protected and free to focus on the treatments you do best.

  • — Co-branded patient materials and in-clinic signposting
  • — Simple referral route with no prescribing responsibility
  • — Continuity of relationship with your patient throughout

Our clinical boundaries

Clear scope — because safe care depends on it.

  • — No advertising of named prescription-only medicines, HRT products or antibiotics.
  • — No guaranteed prescriptions — every treatment follows an individual clinical assessment.
  • — No interpretation of results by non-clinical partners.
  • — Testing offered only where it meaningfully informs the patient's care plan.
