  1. Open chatgpt.com/#settings/Connectors/Advanced and enable Developer mode (heed the risk notice shown there).
  2. In the chat composer's "+" menu, turn on Developer mode.
  3. Click "Add sources", then "Connect more".
  4. Name the connector InstantVitaLabs and paste the MCP URL above.
  5. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use InstantVitaLabs.

Claude

  1. Open claude.ai/customize/connectors.
  2. Name the connector InstantVitaLabs and paste the MCP URL above.
  3. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use InstantVitaLabs.

Refresh after we update the site

When we ship changes to services or pages, your connected assistant may keep an older tool list cached. Refresh the connector to pick up the latest.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick InstantVitaLabs under "Enabled apps".
  2. Next to "Information", click "Refresh".
  3. If the URL has changed, paste the latest URL from above.
